For default and court action removals (with legal advice given from our partner law firm Credit Fix Lawyers, we ONLY charge you a fee if we obtain a successful outcome.
Default And Court Action Fees
Our fees start at $900NZ for credit repair, only payable once we A. forward you confirmation from a credit provider that they have agreed to remove a default (or amend missed payments if that’s what we are working on) and for court actions, we only charge once we get confirmation from the credit reporting agency that the court action is removed. We have run nearly 8,000 cases (as of Sep 2024), and have our partner law firm Credit Fix Lawyers for any legal advice needed and our CEO, Victoria Coster, personally handles all negotiations for our valued clients. The fee for a court action removal starts at $2000NZ and covers:
- Drafting the orders we need to go back to court to reverse the court action
- Liaising with the plaintiff’s Solicitors or the plaintiff to get them to agree to sign the orders
- Lodge all the necessary forms to court for you
- Get the stamped orders back from the court and lodge these to the credit reporting agency to get the court action removed
- Get confirmation from the credit reporting agency that the court action is removed
It is only at that point that we invoice. Our invoice is then due and payable immediately.

REPAYMENT HISTORY AMENDMENTS and ENQUIRY removals
We do not charge upfront for enquiry removals and repayment history amendments.
We assess your data and your score and gauge whether we can improve your report and score by amending or removing data.
Timeframe to carry out our work is 4 to 6 weeks.
Our fees start at $1200NZ, per success but this will increase if there are multiple matters to work on. Our fee is due and payable immediately upon emailing you the credit provider’s written response that they have agreed to amend or remove the data.
